A community oriented, family friendly block party
Who’s involved?
* PAMA is the Pacific Chapter of the American Marketing Association. We are a student run organization in the Eberhardt School of Business.
* Our mission is to offer students real world marketing opportunities on and off campus.
* We strive to work with non-profits and local businesses to assist them with their marketing needs.
* The Miracle Mile Improvement District (MMID) is a non-profit organization that works on behalf of the tenants and commercial property owners.
* Their mission is to have property owners, businesses, and the community unite to promote the economic vitality of the Miracle Mile.
The Event: Prowl’n The Mile: Block Party
When: May 1st, 2010 from 4pm-8pm
Where: Pacific Avenue between Bedford and Walnut
What:
* Car Show
* Kiddy Corner with games and activities
* Live Music
* Skateboard Competition
* Vender Booths (Merchants, Food, Non-profits)
Why: To raise money for children at El Dorado Elementary School to go to science camp
